My research explores the leadership traits that enable safety leaders to influence beyond the boundaries of their profession, including strategic thinking, business credibility and the ability to lead organisational change.
I am also exploring how safety can be genuinely integrated into business strategy, what true innovation looks like in practice, and how its contribution to organisational performance and return on investment can be better understood.
